Which is less then 2 X earnings of ARR. Plus it was fully integrated and came with management. So no down time.

PYG are smart, Elmo is laughable. They wouldn't go near it and they can't afford it....

Looking forward I believe this will be a boost to their ARR and potentially come from their new director Ann from yesterday. Remembering he has three patented products which are valuable to PYG, giving him an allocation of share ownership from his products is a massive bonus because it means he will growth with PYG as an owner.

lets see what comes but I think due to yesterday's Ann this makes sense

What does the market require? Who does it? Buy them and add to the hand at play.
