yes, I have considered selling, and I will mate. As per my previous post, on June the 26th at the latest.
I'm not going to enter into a tit-for-tat exchange of opinions here, nor I'm going to paste multiple rockets. I simply voiced out my opinion (frustration) which I am entitled to. HC is way too often used to pump the stocks with no merit (and fair enough in a sense that people will do whatever it takes to profit, just how the trading forums operate in general).
There are few posters here that constantly up ramp OAR/LRS/ADN across the board since they hold the shares in all of them.
I do understand that everyone has to protect their initial investment but to make unfounded claims about OAR based on the success (or lack of) of the other mining companies is simply bais manipulation and misleading of the others (who might rely on the info here for numerous reasons).
I'm only $15k in so no biggy, however, I'm not going to deny that I should have done better research into the management. Conflict of interest with LRS is obvious to me now as they share the same director on both boards (a similar pump has happened with LRS, check out the chart/compare them).
There is no point in trying to contact the board since I would hope that if they had anything relevant/meaningful to announce, they would have by now. It is their legal duty under CA and ASIC rules.
Let's wait and see. Miracles do happen.
Yes, I do believe that the next CR will happen around the 1-1.2c mark, but does it really matter?!! Think about it. They raised at double that a few months back to deliver nothing. More dilution, CR manager makes the motza, directors will probably sell more of their cheaply acquired shares like they did last time.
I do want the best for the company but that will never happen if the management continues to fluff about and communicate with the shareholders. the way they have been for the past 8 months. OAR reminds me a lot of the OGX in their early stages.
I disagree that I publicly shitcan the company. Just voicing out my concerns. The board gets paid to do their job. They have legal duty to act in the best interest of the company (and its shareholders). I question if their relationship with the company has been 100% fiduciary, that's all.
Good luck to you all, regardless of the sentiment.
