Cheers Randa, a fair question. I last bought and sold when the POO went briefly to $71. My thinking to buy was that the POO was a continuation of an upward trend and based on fundamentals of oil supply and demand. Then it transpired that the latest gap upwards was because of a drone attack on a oil plant- further reading indicated that the attack did not do any damage of consequence- and by then the WPL SP and POO was declining. So I reverted back to an earlier idea that WPL was getting fully priced and I should hold on to earlier made profits- and sold at $25.66.
A sordid tale told candidly. Elements of FOMO and sheer panic. Some back tracking from earlier claims to be a buy and hold investor. But still in profit. Holding cash towards further bargains but in no hurry.
Thank you for asking.
