We had a decent volume traded today with +10,000,000 shares which ranked 3rd largest volume traded in Mar. I still think there is accumulation phase based on the volume of single transaction from recent course of sales data (+1,000,000 shares) - time will tell!

Today I want to share my rough estimated expenditure on Kookyine/Yundumindra JV. Happy to be corrected, so please feel free to share your idea and views.

From the half year account report announced @ 12/03/21 for the period of 31/12/2020, the report confirmed that $3,426,650 has been reported as Total (Consolidated period) expenditure incurred since JV plan announced, which means MCT met 68.5% of $5,000,000 spend requirement at the reporting time.

Also, when I checked the expending rates - by 30/06/20 (from the account report), total MCT spent on JV was $1,160,907 and 6 months later, total spent had increased to $3,426,650 so I think it is accelerating.

Based on the current rate (& hypothetically saying) MCT has spent $377,624 per month in last 6 months from 31/12/20 which we can assume that we need another approx. 4 - 5 months to meet the total expenditure of $5,000,000.

Considering MCT announced that they've secured a significant new tenement (E40/401 - which was not included in the report) @ 19/02/21, I don't know the acquisition costs but maybe MCT is very close to meet the requirement already!

Also at the same half year account report, it confirmed that "group (MCT) has working capital surplus of $2,602,348 and cash flow forecast through to 31/03/2022" which I feel comfortable that MCT can meet up the JV farm-in agreement requirement in near future (I hope they achieve this without CR)

So I think I still have positive view on MCT's future although I have bit of scepticism on the way of they delivering announcement & managing share holders' expectation - in terms of communication.

I am waiting assays of Cosmo and update on Leipold resource also the official JV announcement.

We are still in March and I still hope we have a good news tomorrow.
