why on earth would it be considered mandatory for a director to buy stock in a company for it seem worth investing in or seen as not faltering....? Especially when you get a salary and options and stock from it as your JOB?
Imagine a wife that has a fetish for fur coats, classic cars, cruises, and cocaine... I'd be forced to sell and I wouldn't disclose why! Classic.
