First part of the Transition Agreement expires 1st May. I'm waiting to see the outcome following this.
They've mentioned COE have an option to extend, but I think there is more to it than meets the eye (otherwise it would just expire in 13 months) and given the struggle to maintain 45TJ....let alone the 68
Good to see that it hasn't dipped below 39 though for almost 2 weeks+, which is an improvement
If the Transition Agreement expires, COE are exposed to a fair bit of risk I feel.
