I based my comment on my memory of a post my ol sparring partner Just made years ago which went along the lines of his boss telling him the longer the time from when a sale is mooted the less chance of a sale being made. Just never got it wrong so it concerns me that this may be the case with kmart as time fritters away and no news.
Any pro comments on sales are welcome.
