Perhaps a capital raising. The partner in the well is not under trading halt. I checked the news - no rigs on fire in California, therefore it's not a black swan event.
But with 14 ppg mud, we've got a lot of pressure down there. Perhaps lining up funds to drill another well ????? Now that sounds good.
