    from readin the ann...i got a feelin that more sales may be in the pipeline.

    "The cash component of the distribution will be dependent upon the Trust’s cash position following negotiations with its hedging counterparty and any future asset sales"

    if 10c div is reassured and i am sure they dont want to dilute the share too much...surely more asset sales are likely.
