and P.S I've browsed the BCN discussions and taken the points on board. Seems like many people who are far more knowledgeable on the subject than me are butting heads on the affect it will have. Time will tell I guess. The same discussions will likely come about if the POG does rise, some will claim it's due to Basel 3 and others will claim its nothing to do with it.
