Totally agree with you that the BRN price is taking into account a lot of future potential.
And .. concurrently .. maybe just a rush of blood and FOMO on perceived news, will attain the same outcome.

As we both know, the whole market is forward looking, and subsequently current prices can get out of kilter depending on viewpoints of this potential.Whether they are out of kilter is relative as it depends on knowledge of future events and progress. Future can be misleading as it could be years, and so frustrating for anybody that is underwater.

In the 80's did people expect the revenue that many major tech companies make, considering most gave their product for free.

Regardless of revenue BRN at this point in time clearly has potential to grow, as I'm sure you agree. Not saying it will as I can't know that, but never the less with the data we have they are in a position to be able to make it happen. Hence why we are invested. Do we believe they will be making revenue of $25,000 in two years .. No me .. otherwise why would I be a long term investor.
I call this "Risk Dreaming". The result can only be a positive outcome or a nightmare. But I won''t feel bad either way as it's my risk dream to take.

This is what makes these stocks difficult to process. If they reach their potential your in for good gains If not then they drop aggressively.
An example is a well know stock of the past "LNG". Huge potential, Blackrock enters the buying and away it goes, then a shift in perception and the nightmare begins.
