Imo, approval will not be guaranteed if some of the larger shareholders feel as I do. A lot of medium sized shareholder will not like this either, I have already let AD know my opinion regarding the spp. They have let long term holders down by not setting the cut-off date to the time the announcement was made. Imo, they risk loosing support of many long term holders if the spp is not capped at a reasonable level. For now they get the benefit of the doubt until this plays out over coming weeks as I suspect more is going on than meet the eye.
