To be fair I can't really see the big positive in this announcement. They are just borrowing for further development and expansion and some for credit in Singapore (which for that one is a positive being a yielding investment). Normally drawing down on borrowing facilities without a major new initiative doesn't make anyone jump for joy. Not a negative in this case, but can't see the big positive beyond what we already know.
