So I have a question that hopefully has a really simple answer.
What if the FEED, once it's completed, changes the process (for the better ie to be more efficient) but the knock on effect is that the inputs to the EIS change?
Does this then lead to an amendment to the EIS having to be lodged and a big chunk of time lost/re-set?
I would hope that this isn't the case but given the EIS was originally submitted in October 2019 which is 18 months ago and SMS have been working on the FEED during all that time it's very likely things are not the same now as they were then (and if they are the same why is it taking so long to finish the FEED?)
