Bit late on the reply but doing some investigation into VMT, but that looks like a health couple of million dished out in shares to management in incentives, does a manager have to declare selling this on the market? either way looking through most asx listed companies the amount of money that gets ripped out by management with options and incentive shares, plus base wages etc is extraordinary.
