WKT has updated its DFS twice since the Feb 2017 study.
Feb 2017 DFS plant = 300,000tpa CAPEX of US$38.7mil
The updated 2019 DFS uses a smaller plant with a CAPEX of $US27.8Mil
I can certainly see why WKT tried to raise US$40mil from Pareto, Management must know the US$27.8mil is no where close to enough funds to develop the project
