Have to say these insiders selling really don’t understand how it is done. When this was pumped to 10c+ or near those levels, why did they not cash out then? Especially when volume was so high. Why at these low levels? If they cashed out high it makes sense and can’t really blame them for taking some profit. Looks like they have pretty much killed their own company.
Looks like the founder is trying to justify on his social media that director selling is normal and a lot of them do it for various reasons. True and fair but that’s usually when a stock has a good run and even they know fundamentally it has overvalued. In which case they would take maybe 1/8 or 1/4 off the table. Rarely do we see directors and insiders selling when the stocks on a decline and not at such aggressive amounts of selling. Definitely some explanation to do other than insiders want to cash out for a car.
