This looks like another great deal, particularly as most of the (small) up-front is limited to shares, and most of the back end seems to be cash, when STX should be more flush. it seems to be structured to manage within their existing capital base / cash without too much dilution for existing holders. And, if it all comes together it's yet another material value-add and de-risking opportunity.
