No grounds for complaint re insider trades, I should have thought to look at the NNTT website, just a bit disappointed with the company that it didn't call an immediate halt to allow the market to properly digest the news. C'est la vie ... bought more at 0.40 to average down, crossing fingers for a sensible outcome.
