You stuffed up the maths, $40 would give us a market cap of ~$5.5B. Very justifiable given our pipeline and looking at international peers and past m&a transactions.
You're also underestimating the competitiveness in the oncology m&a space at the moment. There have been many ph III flops recently which will just increase competition further. I'm not saying that we can get competing offers from where we currently are ($3.70) that'll drive us to the $85 mark but I also don't believe we need to be close to $40 either. Just my opinion.
