What I used to tell my clients was you need to think like Kerry packer was on the other end of the trade. In this case it's likely Mitsubishi or Nomura not for MLX, but for Sn. [They're factoring in everything including The AUD versus USD/Yen etc.]
Still it has an important place in my portfolio for the risk/return mix it represents.
