    those who follow this company closely know the significance of today’s announcement... passer by traders will just see the dollar figures and not realise what just happened.

    Money on the side lines is going to come back into Fluence in due course, Ivory Coast secured and now national SOE bulk orders for Three Gorges secured... things are going to only get better as time passes.
