Tech, with due respect, Jesse has mentioned what was on an email, and that is not any insider information. He is just trying to make assumptions and I am not sure how it is against any regulations.
Whether it comes from the founder or employee, they have shared the info to an investor because it is not against the rules. I don't see how Jesse's post is causing any trouble? He has just asked a question to see what the possibilities are and to hear others opinions.
I am very thankful to Jesse and Ken for sharing the info, some of the questions and answers that were shared were helpful, which otherwise I would have to communicate with them. Patience is a virtue in investing. So is humility.
