Once something comes up on the scan, I then look at the location. S/R, Volume and Price.
Market Cap, Cash on hand, Projects resources, and management. Directors buying, selling.
If the share is moving and cash on hand is low, you can bet that movement relates to an upcoming capital raise. So I stay away in that case.
