There is a grain train at Moree that travelled overnight from the Port of Newcastle at Carrington, so it appears that the rail line north of Narrabri has reopened.
Australian Rail Track Corporation is now commencing its six month shutdown north of Narrabri (for Inland Rail works) on 10 April not yesterday (1 April 2021) so a few more grainies may travel down from Moree to convey even more of that magnificent 443000 tonnes received by GNC at Moree from the winter harvest.
