Jacko, thanks for that post. That was how I was personally reading it. Basically even if it was a new share issue and not from the depository ( not sure myself on that , as you say clear as mud ) but even if it is new shares , the US are buy 100 a time converting to 1 share. This in effect is more beneficial in the medium term and when another large amount of dollars is needed for , say construction, the same will happen and by then PLL will be NASDAQ and the big funds will be able to buy. Thus taking any further issue of dilution to shares and reducing by a factor of 100. , if bought in the US. They will much likely stay in the US to ?

The more investors in Australia hold the higher the price should go , by cutting off supply.

Look at EMH the EU Lithium mine which has multiple listings. Once the shares go to Germany and US they are barely traded, it is only the AIM UK listing where the short term / day traders are who keep selling , buying , wash again...
Their sp is a mess with such a great mine but Czech / Russian control. Those who sell feed the mm's who create the swings for trade and the mm's profit every time.

The US listing will soon have the price naturally rising with each day there are sales in Australia. Even that simple process ,every day buying from Australia to US is reducing shares in issue. The bigger the news in the US the more crunch and reduced shares are floating about.

Simple supply v demand.

Resource upgrade and NAL confirmation and this should do a big re rate.
