Considering RENESAS, MICROSOFT, NVIDEA and SAMSUNG all have a hand in helping to develop ARMv9 I'd say it's HIGHLY LIKELY. We just don't have enough facts at hand to know for sure as ff says. But that doesn't mean it's not worth keeping an eye on!!!
