Two points:
1. You clearly do not seem to have any BOD experience to not recognize the clout of the major wealth + Brokers in the small caps sector; and
2. Do you really think it was Retail that drove the SP down from a solid 42c for weeks - to a triggering Stop Losses in plunge (to acquire stock cheaper ?). Retail do not initiate - but do get swept up in it as the dumping unfolds...
A welcome fillip to the 50c put in earlier in response to IOU trading at 60c+ prior to the CR Announcement ....
Happens across the ASX spectrum whilst the ASX/ ASIC etc and Govt only tackle the obvious Listing Rule infringements
My own view and my vast experience 20+ years on BOD's .... go figure ...
