Re applying for additional to entitlement, usually the form has a box where you say how many more you want, or you just put a bigger number in the 'number applied for' box.
Of course you have to send a bigger cheque (you get paid back later if unsuccessful)

At least this looks like they will definitely give each person his full entitlement of 1:6 if they want it.
(It is not nice when you miss out on much of your entitlement because some other people asked for heaps and they only want to raise a limited amount of $)

At this price, most will take up entitlement, even if just for a quick profit. Only thing to change this is if dilution is viewed so negatively that the sp falls from 3.6c to 2.8, which I think is unlikely
