ROE drop off reflects in Figure 8 acquisition and subsequent earn out payments once it set certain benchmarks. It also reflects the investments in China and Govt and drop off in earnings in the Image and Speech business unit. CY20 wasn't a normal business year. CY21 there will be investments to the platform which was heavily depreciated as tech does over time that affected NPAT.
Thats the problem with tech if you don't consistently invest in it the depreciation in third to fifth year is savage.
