NZ has a massive housing shortage. Jacinta was to build 10’s of thousands of houses in her first term . Less than a 1000 were built . Must have been an aspirational target only , and now in her second term ? Take away negative gearing, If it’s such a great idea it would have been done decades ago. Because of Covid tens of thousands of kiwis have returned home creating a house price boom.
