Is this the reason for the PRR rise?

Prima is involved in a vaccine aginst cancer. The story
has just been on Sky News too. Neither story mentions
Prima by name but the one on TV has the sign
"Austin Health" behind the scientist(Prima has an
agreement with the Austin Research Institute to develop their projects).
Can anybody throw any further light on this.
I hold PRR.
