What's interesting is that both Todd Barlow and Robert Millner have always heavily promoted David Teoh as the best telecommunications executive in Australia and he's always been a real "selling point" to their TPG investment. Do we know whether they can reduce their holding straight away or are they tied up for a certain period after the merger like Teoh is? I would still imagine they'd be reluctant to sell down before benefiting from the higher dividends they've been waiting on for several years as TPG invested heavily in the business.
