what if elon musks predictions are correct and we will need 4x current production in 10 years so let's say double what we currently produce to keep up with demand in 5?
two things not being considered here.
its not necessarily a zero sum game.
coal might still be required because of rising electricity demands or gas shortages might force more onto electricity sooner rather than later.
