There's a whole industry within the resource sector comprised of "expert" consultants who make a living writing up "Definitive " Feasibility Studies. The vast majority of these DFS's end up in a bin and the related projects never eventuate or worse they go ahead with investirs losing their money. The Directors of these types of outfits aren't as pure as the driven snow.
