I'd say it's currently at the "Despair" phase given what's currently being seen on this forum by holders. "Panic" and "Capitulation" phases are generally signified by holders giving their last rites along with large volatile candlesticks, not orderly step-like down days like what has been happening over the last month or so. Probably see capitulation/discouragement phases after the next downgrade as holders give up hope of a turnaround for the company as the share price takes yet another beating. All, IMO.
