Because of debt, so much debt eliminates all the equity (if valued on the basis of not a going concern, all the intangible assets are almost zero in value) . Therefore, nothing will be left for shareholders. Only creditors have a say and have some form of return. UK arm is a matter for creditors only, if it has value.
