Hindsight's a wonderful thing. If you have a crystal ball on where a penny stock price is going to be in two week's time +/- 4 cents, please cut me in on the action. I would guess that the large drop in price was caused by the purchase plan, without it you wouldn't have been able to buy "all the shares [you] wanted @ 61 cents".
