Yes it is looking quite encouraging. Condensate is definitely a bonus for them. With the increased pressure, and the water content still high enough to cause problems, the gas volume should be looking very nice once the water stops flowing. Hopefully it is not an aquifer as that maybe a little complicated to fix
As this is the first well it will always be the most difficult and costly as there is so much to learn about the structure they are working with. Once the current issues are sorted out then the coming fracs should be easier to manage and have a more stable and predictable outcome
