    The PNA board are saying that bringing GRAM in as a cornerstone ivestor is on the basis of creating a strategic alliance.
    GRAM will bring access to Chinese development opportunities and engineering capacity etc. Therefore I believe shareholders will support the move even though they are not paying a premium.
