So almost half the 5GN market cap is covered by their investment in WCG. 5GN has been in a massive decline ever since the TO was official, financials have got stronger, dividends been paid so what is going on here and why hasn't ASIC been all over this company considering the conflict of interest with the Joe Demase being involved with both businesses and an absolutely botched TO attempt.
Amazing how this hasn't drawn the attention of the regulator. I smell a cap raise heavily discounted and hence the sell off to reduce positions to pick them up in bulk a lot cheaper. All IMO. Feel for the existing share holders here, terrible.
