TH can be good or bad. But STX does have a track history of going into halts prior to good announcements, especially in relation to WE. Eg. The stock was in TH prior to Wagina, Kingia and High Cliff announcements including the much-discussed Staggering Discovery announcement.
We can speculate till the cows come home in the next day or two, but we will find out the facts soon enough
