Two important points of contention Doc.
1) The report said plug and may be reopened.... not plug and abandon.
2) The problem lay entirely with the drilling team process, not 88E management.
Two very important points I would say. There is still a chance with this exploration well yet however, it would seem.
Good fortune all holders, we are down but certainly not out.
