CHN would not seem frothy then....

In a way DEV's success North would roll over into CHN immensely....IMO

Without any lengthy approval's for drilling Hartog or the other 3 needed...

And in the short term - The market would then value CHN as if the whole corridor was mineralized IMO (which in a way the mkt already has but success up North by DEV would negate any doubters and the price would continue to increase) -

And it would be a win win for TG because he would own the majority of the lot. GL
