I have actually posted on this before. It is as follows:
The SPP offer is for total of A$5m.
If we take the total number of shareholders of 4138 as of 2/10/08 as within the ballpark and if all shareholders take up the offer, each shareholder will be entitled to $1208 worth of shares.
Yes, we will get scale back if this happens.
By setting the minimum application at $2500, HZN will get the $5m if only 50% of shareholders take up the offer.
Time will tell.
