This management is a serious parasite, and seasoned at taking the piss out of holders:
1. They are very sure no holder would go and actually complain
2. Regulators won’t take any complaints seriously and couldn’t be bothered investigating.
3. It’s very hard to prove any wrongdoing.
DW doesn’t care he’s made his money, about quarter of the share on issue were to pay for his wages, bonuses and shares.
