Agree, and further to this point, NOPTA protocol is that the JA deal only with NOPTA (i.e. KP does not speak to David Breeze, it is not permitted).
If the JA make a request of the applicant, it goes via NOPTA, who move the status back to "Request Further Information".
While the NOPTA application is at "With JA for decision", that is exactly where it is at.
