If the plant can't be built in Darwin it is unlikely that Malaysia will host it.
The old Malaysia that even hosted rare earth plants (Lynas) is long gone. The demand is for clean green production everywhere.
Perhaps TNG will eventually reach green criteria but it won't do so quickly.
TNG said they would be in production by 2014.
Their timelines cannot be trusted.
iMO 2026- 30 is realistic if they can get $1b extra $150m to meet green requirements.
