K.p approval relies on many factors but the major of his decision is environmental impact and showing it has none or barly any like the many other rigs.
not having this report or un report that is over 10 years old. K.p will get destroyed in parliament.
If it wasnt this, it would been approved already. But if not it will take upto 8 months so thats june August.
