Cant see any negatives to this sale and is definitely one of the better things CN has done. No guarantees that MP will hold their current price of course and selling just 3 mill on market would have decimated share price and we now have cash again and as mentioned no dilution this year hopefully..
Think current market cap is fair for where we are and with ability to now obtain cash without dilution for next 3-4 years maybe, could actually be the fresh start PGM has needed.
